At Sienna Walker, all products are made to order and shipped directly to you. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.
Shipping Address Requirements

The shipping address must be entered using Latin characters only.

Address Line 1 has a 35-character limit, and Address Line 2 has a 30-character limit.

We do not provide address validation services at this time, so it is the customer’s responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed or failed deliveries, for which we cannot provide refunds or replacements.
International Shipping

A recipient’s phone number is required for international shipments to help ensure smooth delivery.

Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs processing and local courier delays.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be applied upon delivery.
PO Box Deliveries

PO box delivery is only recommended within the United States. Delivering to PO boxes in other countries is at the customer’s own risk.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the ordered product fits within their PO box. The largest available PO box size is 12" x 22.5", so items exceeding these dimensions cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Express Delivery is not available for PO box addresses. If a PO box is provided for an Express Delivery order, the order will be processed as standard shipping.

💡 Note: Deliveries to PO boxes may experience delays or issues, even when the correct format is followed. If you choose to enter a PO box as your shipping address, you accept full responsibility for potential delivery risks. We cannot offer compensation if tracking confirms successful delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method, and courier availability.

Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout, but these are subject to change due to external factors (weather, customs delays, etc.).
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow extra time for delivery before reaching out.

If tracking confirms successful delivery but the package is missing, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
