Shipping Policy

At Sienna Walker, all products are made to order and shipped directly to you. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • The shipping address must be entered using Latin characters only.

  • Address Line 1 has a 35-character limit, and Address Line 2 has a 30-character limit.

  • We do not provide address validation services at this time, so it is the customer’s responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed or failed deliveries, for which we cannot provide refunds or replacements.

International Shipping

  • recipient’s phone number is required for international shipments to help ensure smooth delivery.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs processing and local courier delays.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be applied upon delivery.

PO Box Deliveries

  • PO box delivery is only recommended within the United States. Delivering to PO boxes in other countries is at the customer’s own risk.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the ordered product fits within their PO box. The largest available PO box size is 12" x 22.5", so items exceeding these dimensions cannot be delivered to a PO box.

  • Express Delivery is not available for PO box addresses. If a PO box is provided for an Express Delivery order, the order will be processed as standard shipping.

  • First Name: John (must match the name on the PO box)

  • Last Name: Smith (must match the name on the PO box)

  • Address 1: PO Box 1776

  • Zip Code: 28034

  • City: Dallas

  • Country: United States

💡 Note: Deliveries to PO boxes may experience delays or issues, even when the correct format is followed. If you choose to enter a PO box as your shipping address, you accept full responsibility for potential delivery risks. We cannot offer compensation if tracking confirms successful delivery.

Shipping Timeframes & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method, and courier availability.

  • Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout, but these are subject to change due to external factors (weather, customs delays, etc.).

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow extra time for delivery before reaching out.

  • If tracking confirms successful delivery but the package is missing, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
