Refund & Return Policy

At Sienna Walker, all products are made to order, meaning each item is uniquely produced when purchased. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you change your mind. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

We offer free reprints or refunds only under the following conditions:

• Damaged Product: The item arrives with physical damage or printing defects.

• Manufacturing Error: A misprint, incorrect design, or product defect is present.

• Lost in Transit: The order has not arrived within the expected delivery time and is confirmed lost by the carrier.

If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Since all items are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

• Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" tolerance for DTG printing).

• Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts. (A reprint can be requested for an additional charge, or a partial refund may be available.)

To submit an issue:

1. Email us at support@sienna-walker.com within 30 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

3. If multiple products are affected, provide a group photo showing all items in one frame.

4. Once verified, we will process a reprint or refund to your original payment method.

Because all products are printed on demand, orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
